Responsible for making sure the company met all OSHA safety rules and regulations required in the state of Arkansas. On yearly bases I was responsible for maintain Fumigation Management Plan, while also fumigating railcars that was shipped to our customers and managing fumigation log after every fumigation regardless of the shift.
In the role of Flour Mill Sanitation Manager my responsibility was to make sure the plant was always audit ready while managing a crew of eighteen employees overseeing that all task assigned was done correctly in timely manner and master sanitation log is being completed after every task. Responsible for writing all sanitation procedures for entire plant, along with writing SSOP’s with Extrusion as well as Flour Mill. This plant opened in 2005 of October and I was employed with the company in June of 2006 I was initially hired as assistant supervisor of the Extrusion Plant. To assist the supervisor in production of the extruding and conditioning the product made for pringles. I ran a Wenger conditioner as well as 6-barrel Coperion extruder.
