1. Currently working with Genie Customer Management Services as a Back Office Executive from April 2016 till date.

Genie Customer Management Services is one of the manpower outsource company and I am working one of its Agent Company i.e. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) which is the First Depository in India.

Job Profile:-

• Handling eNPS Team.

• Daily updating eNPS working sheets by coordinating with system team for daily output.

• Segregation, inwarding, entry, checking, filing of eNPS application forms received at CRA.

• Resolving daily queries related to eNPS received from Grievance Team and Call Centre Team within the TAT.

• Preparation of eNPS MIS on weekly and monthly basis.

• PAN Verification.

• Arranging the files of eNPS application forms to be scanned to printography team.
