- Served in a stretch role as acting AMM from May to present.

- Area Maintenance Manager (AMM) Trainer- Through the last 18 months, I have assisted six total buildings as a trainer for the AMM's onsite. During each segment of training, between two weeks to one month at length, the new AMM's were taken through basic managerial skills, many different network standard techniques and processes that had yet to be implemented like Belt Operation, BOD (Box on Demand), and AR Safety Vest training. Another aspect of the training was evaluating talent for the senior maintenance manager at each site. I would meet with each tech, go through a pm and daily walk to evaluate their skill level.

- De-Stuff It Pilot - lead the implementation and planning for the pilot launch of the De-Stuff it machinery and conveyance and led to the increase in unloading efficiency of 100 packages per hour and overall reduction of unload hours spent by 14.5% and waterspider hours spent by 75%

- New customer returns processing area- Key partner in the strategic planning and implementation of the new customer returns processing area which consisted of removing all current operations and moving it to an entirely new location in the building which resulted in 12% improvement in TPH and an 18% increase in capacity as well as a 64% reduction of safety incidents in the first month of implementation as well as the orchestration of time management with Ops and my team not to impact production and fluid process.

- Pick to box retro fit: led the planning and execution of modifying 38 stations as well as overhead conveyance in order to switch from pick to tote to pick to box which led to annualized cost savings of $1,129,652.

- FC Games: Led and played a key role in installation and roll out on 23 stations which led to 2.4% improvement in pick rates and a 7% increase in stow rates.

- Prep line expansion-Led and implemented Transnorm (90-degree conveyor) into prep line which in turn increased uph by 20% and a decrease in hours to process (2,384 units in 7.26 hrs. versus 12hrs.)

- AFE Chuting Improvement - partnered with my Operations team after an associate identified a barrier on the AFE pick to wall around the placement of glass dunnage. Engineered a hanging basket of sorts to test on one wall and ultimately rolled out to all stations onsite that lead to a 9% increase in the AFE Chuting Rates

- Partnered with OPS to promote and lead associates and tech in saftey concepts. Which led to fewer injuries in building. Played key role in getting water bottles provided to associates all year in key parts of building leading to less heat related injuries.
