ABOUT THE PROJECT: Roads and Infrastructure Project in Al Ebb and Leabaib (Package 4) which is located East of Al Shamal Road at Al Kheesa Interchange and West of Street 245. the project scope includes a 29-km-long foul sewer network, 28 km surface and groundwater drainage network along with a 17 km Treated Sewerage Effluent (TSE) network. The project provides services for 1049 residential plots in Al Ebb and Leabaib areas Job responsibilities:
• Preparing the Method statement and ITPs & Reviewing the Material Test Results
• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed on site.
• Controlling the quality of works on the project through document preparation, site inspections, and quality training to site personnel.
• Ensuring implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, QC plans and work instructions. Page 2 of 3
• Organizing the production, use, and updating of Method Statements, inspection and test plans and other quality control related documentation
• Checking of inspection requests for materials and verification of its utilization for the works carried out.
• Ensuring fulfilment of all inspection and test requirements at all stages as per the contract requirements by witnessing and signing in relevant boxes.
• To provide proactive resolution on quality related problems that may arise on the projects.
• Closing out of all received quality related non-conformance reports (NCRs) by advising service contract personnel in taking corrective and preventive action.
• Coordination with production heads, for improving products quality.
