Work At Kitchen

My name is ty coile and I have been in food for the past 8 years 4 of them have been where I currently work at red lobster. I am able to run the line their by myself most days. I enjoy being in the kitchen every day but with the new managers they hired I am seeking a better place of employment that builds people up and doesn't bring them down.
