I was working in the blue Cross blue shield of Alabama department for GC Services taking phone calls from providers offices and hospitals giving them benefits for patients and also checking into claims. I also kept notes in the system for every call. In October of 2020 GC Services closed down their building due to Covid and we all went to work from home and blue Cross blue shield of Alabama would not allow us to work from home for their project.
