Providing snags list throughout of whole premises.
Operate manually and monitor the auto system such as chiller, air blower AHU, and various types of AC, Switchgear, Pumps, irrigation system, and fields.
Installation of new machines and fixtures, maintaining the old and renovating as of requirements.
Performed everyday building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, automatic doors, and gate barriers.
Maintained ground such as asphalt, Pasco, Interlock, concrete, gravels, and curbstones.
Repair & replace pipes, sprinklers, solenoids, valves, booster pumps, controller and timer, etc.
Arranging equipment, materials, and tools to completion of the planned task by generating a purchase request using Dynamics AX 2012 on a desktop computer.
Updates consumable materials list, tracking and updates fire extinguishers list, machines checklist, Preventive tracking sheet, and keeping service reports to presenting upon request by internal quality auditors.
Co-ordinate with subcontractors on-site, via phone, or email while required to the specific task.
Assign technicians to workplaces to attend urgent maintenance or to act on regular Corrective maintenance.
Frequently urgent delivers of materials on-demand to new expansion projects in other branches owned by Emirates Driving Company, using manual transmission light vehicles myself.
