Responsibilities

Driving staff on any field trips

Ensure security and safety of passengers as well as of the goods at all times

Reporting to the supervisor if any mechanical fault arise for good and early intervention

Ensure that the company policies and protocols are followed at all times

Notify management on due dates for certificate of fitness, insurance and services

Filling the check list and verifying that the car is in good condition every day

Ensuring the vehicle’s millage is undertaken and recorded in the log book each time is opened and closed.

Making sure flexibility is applied to any other duty assigned by the supervisor

Cleaning the vehicle in side and out side

Making sure all the tools needed in the car are present like triangles, wheel spanner jack and winder.

Provide minor maintenance like, checking of the brakes, tires and changing oil.

Responsibilities:

Ensure security and safety of passengers as well as of the goods at all times

Driving staff on any field trips

Verify that the car is in good condition at all cost

Reporting to the supervisor if any mechanical fault arise for good and early intervention

Inspect the basic car parts before and after every journey

Notify management on due dates for certificate of fitness, insurance and service

Conducting routine weekly car checkup using the log book

Making sure all the tools needed in the car is at present, like first aid kit is filled, maintenance tools are available

Provide minor maintenance like, checking of the brakes, tires and changing oil.

Helping in loading and off-loading of materials at the office and fields

Ensure that the organization policies and protocols are followed at all times
