Hired to manage twelve co extrusion lines with six inline stack presses. Hire and train a transitioning work force within a union shop and maintain company standards for safety, quality, production, and scrap.
Extrusion manager position eliminated in 2016. I accepted a position as an extrusion supervisor without reduction in responsibility or salary.

Hired to take converting department to 24/7 operation. Trained personnel across four shifts to produce consumer bags on Finkon, Rohan, and Hudson Sharp bag machines. I was fully responsible for safety, quality, production, and cost.

Hired from Poly America to be the first supervisor in the startup of a new institutional can liner division. We started with two lines and five employees. We produced on a varied product line approximately 24,00 lbs. per shift. The division has grown to fifteen lines, with 80 employees, producing on average 169,000 lbs. per shift. I have been instrumental in:
*The development of run parameters and sops.
*The training of operators and supervisors across four shifts.
*The development of safety procedures.
*The development of quality controls.
I was a member of the emergency response team trained in CPR and First Aid, and the internal ISO 9001-2000 audit team. I taught the stop program plant wide to frontline supervision and managers.
