Partnered with a class A- driver on a daily route to aid while exchanging customers recycling bins that are filled to capacity with scrap metal with empty bins. Provided face-to-face customer service by answering any questions or concerns they may have while present. Responsible for daily sorting of various types of metals such as copper and steel that each have their own unique recycling process. Forklift operator responsible for both loading and unloading bins off the trucks as they return or leave from the yard.
