Delegate project tasks based on size of team, individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Set number for hours of completion manpower and supplies for each job. Wallk through with clients before/after to Insure all requirements are met at each day and to touch base of the days work.

L EADERSHIP

I have managed and supervised multiple jobsites and teams at once. I believe in leading by example and to never ask someone to do a task I wouldn’t do myself. Make sure we follow safety protocol PPE if necessary and meet all deadlines.
