In pursuit of engineering service, Retd as CHIEF ENGINEER BUILDINGS DEPARTMENT Govt of Punjab, Communication and Works Department, Lahore, Punjab (Pakistan), served in various capacities from Mar 1985 – Oct 2018. Mostly remained posted in Technical Advisory posts in Government of Punjab Pakistan such as Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary and Technical Advisor with Finance Department. Remained fully involved in projects’ formulation, technical and economic appraisals for approval of projects, bidding of project and evaluation, projects execution and contract management with detailed scrutiny of financial matters, audit objections and corrective financial actions, Projects’ Monitoring and Evaluation.
