As a special project during my bachelor’s degree, I programmed three robots and a transportation band to simulate the assembly of a faked electronic component. I assisted IJALTI s office in developing a BSC (balanced scorecard) model for their operation. We identified and documented a list of related indicators and generated a KPI (Key Performance Indicators) list to be reviewed on a daily, monthly basis.
APS (Automatic Payment Systems): Developed dashboards in which managers can see operations activities for their ATM s as well as machine status (low paper, printer errors) in cloud dashboards with easy access and very intuitive design. Gasolinera Tolteca: Putted together the necessary elements for a mobile web app for a gas station. We constantly monitor money inventory levels through a web app.
