Texas State Licensed Assisted Living Facility with three locations in DFW. Provided assisted living for mobile geriatric clientele who required assistance with meals, medications and dressing. Live in care takers were available 24/7, a housekeeper was assigned to each home to assist the primary caretaker and weekly visits by nurse owner who closely monitored residents’ conditions, set up medications and addressed all issues. Each resident had a chart for documentation and medication sheets for documentation of medications. Homes met the standards for licensure by passing state licensing inspections. Nursing Licenses were visibly posted at the entrance of each home. Each home had state approved fire alarms with strobes through out each home.
