Job Profile Working on various roles in “Foundry Engineer & Quality Management Field” related to the Aluminum alloy casting and Inspecting the quality requirements as per customer needs.

Role and

Responsibility

Inspecting to the chemical composition in Aluminum alloy as per Grade wise used by Spectrometer.

Controlling and checking to the Mechanical properties of Aluminum alloy on Tensile, Yield strength and Elongation calculated by UTM.

Inspecting to the T5 and T6 oriented heat treatment process on aluminum alloy raw casting parts. In which are improving to the hardness on casting parts as per requirement of customer needs.

Checking to the casting parts hardness (BHN) in Computerized Brinell Hardness machine.

I have realizing and knowledging about Radiographic report based on aluminum casting defects and finding solution on defect segment area.

Raw material Inspection & Analyzed with documentation of vender supplied material records.

Incoming raw material inspections of Grade based Aluminum alloy ingots and AFS value of Moulding Silica sand.

Checking to the Sand properties are Grain size (ASTM in AFS value) Adhesiveness, Cohesiveness, Collapsibility and Permeability.

Working atmosphere on Alpha Set moulding & CO2 moulding process.

Knowledge about controlling to the casting based problems on shrinkage, cold shut, gas porosity and mold material defects.

Team work coordination, Production scheduling control, coordinating to the production plan and quality managing for customer requirement.

Proper maintaining to the documentation and MIS based on production processing.

Control of foundry rejection by Process.

Time utilization and man power controlling.

Training attending on Internal auditing, FMEA, 5S Process and Kaizen in on role of production process.
