Effectively restructured the creative department to be 25% more efficient, implemented creative operational best practices, and led all global marketing creative teams for omni-channel anime entertainment business: Streaming Service

(SVOD/AVOD/OTT), Home Entertainment, Events/Experiential, eCommerce and Products, Gaming, and Partnerships.

Led consumer journey design, which led to 30% greater engagement rate in email and an improved LTV.

Led the design and content production teams for one of the first virtual consumer events for Anime fans. Attendance was more than 4 X what was projected. Led a complete brand design refresh.

Implemented project management processes and software solutions.

HULU

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, BRAND, CONTENT, AD SALES

2012 - 2016

Built out brand and advertising creative team from 4 to 30. Developed and executed industry-leading cross-device promotional campaigns that helped to position Hulu as ‘Television’s New Establishment’ as described by the “New York Times” in 2015.

Four years of Upfronts creative oversight on RoS, scripts, design, video production, and content production. Other events included premieres, TCAs, Anime Expo, CES, SXSW, four years of sales conferences, and PR.

Mentored team members - graphic designers, copywriters, producers, video editors and motion graphics, and front-end developers. Led internal advertising creative team in cross-device advertising units and packages from inception through delivery. Developed an industry-leading :07 video ad product.

Instrumental in leading and producing several 360 campaigns from ideation and message development through creative production, including digital, outdoor, on- channel, print, social media, and more.
