(01/2014 – 06/2014). Counted narcotics and took daily reports from off going nurse. Ordered medications as indicated; assessed patients and took vital signs. Also passed medications and did wound and skin care. Assisted with breathing treatments, checked blood sugars and gave coverage with insulin as indicated. Supervised CNAs and CMAs and monitored patients at meal time. Labs, calls to doctors and families as indicated, as well as taking and carrying out orders. (07/2013 – 01/2014). Reported daily to the office to get reports and schedules of patients to be seen. Visited patients in their homes, assessed the patients and collected vital signs. (06/2011 – 02/2014). Worked every other weekend, and some weekdays. Work as a Field Nurse with Pediatric and Special Needs Children.
