When a customer reported something broken, I was sent out to property to inspect appliance and the malfunction and had to diagnose each item, while making sure I had a professional attitude, when some tenants were upset. I had to diffuse the situation by making them confident that appliance would be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. Once given permission by my supervisor to replace any certain item i had to have all the correct tools to do the job as quickly and professional as possible. keeping the customer happy and satisfied at all times. When Tenants moved out of unit, I was in charge of inspection, writing down all cost of material and labor that each unit would need to be worked on, what could be refurbished or had to be replaced such as new paint on walls, new flooring, new light switches and inspect all appliances to make sure that they were working and not damaged for the next tenants.

I completed the said requirements by utilizing tools ranging from bolts, nails and screws, to power tools, plumb rules and levels, etc. I also anchored and braced forms and other structures in place, using nails, bolts, anchor rods, steel cables, planks, wedges, and timbers. I bore bolt holes in timber, masonry or concrete walls, using power drills, fabricated parts, woodworking and metalworking machines, etc. I dug holes and set structures support systems, etc.
