I coordinated, directed, and lead an effort with our IT department, to develop a multi-faceted program that identified key quality measure deficiencies, for any patient with an appointment. The doctors then leveraged these improvements, and this resulted in more accurate information. This was an important enabler, providing physicians by a better guide for overall decision points during the appointments, producing less deficiencies and increasing the Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement levels.
