• Perform initial review of income, credit, and assets to ensure lender guidelines are met for each investor.
• Work with the loan officer in restructuring a loan if any issues arise.

• Send loan to compliance for review then issue the initial CD.
• Submit completed loan package to the closing department upon final review.
