Sr. Loan Processor

• Review file submissions for accuracy and completeness.

• Verify that all required documents are properly located in the loan file.

• Perform initial review of income, credit, and assets to ensure lender guidelines are met for each investor.

• Work with the loan officer in restructuring a loan if any issues arise.

• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to according to federal and state laws and regulations as well as company guidelines.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by being proactive in communicating with the loan officer, Escrow/Title.

• Submit completed loan packages to underwriting for review and approval.

• Send loan to compliance for review then issue the initial CD.

• Submit completed loan package to the closing department upon final review.

• Work hand in hand with the funder and closer in getting the loan closed and finalized in the system
