• Direct first-in-nation livestreaming Body worn camera deployment (including hardware and software, integrations with current technologies), laying the groundwork for behavior modification practices that increased safety for both officers and offenders.
• Rescue mid-flight J-pay Offender Tablet integration project that generates ~$20m USD in revenue/year, finishing the at-risk project within budget and schedule.

Empro Services, Inc is a contracting company handling industrial control system fabrication projects internationally. Program Director – Concept Design and Implementation Led multiple medium-to-large engagements, expanding on the core services to include manufacturing system design and installation, as well as provisioning facilities for these. Most engagements leaned heavily on prior thermoplastics experience and opened the door to expand into full-facility and organizational leadership for clients with authority over enterprise-level, international programs with budgets of up to $40m USD. • Oversaw and led a complex program portfolio consisting of five project areas, including hardware, materials, facilities, logistics, and R&D.
• Managed enterprise programs with specific focus on risk management due to ongoing development efforts and changing market/regulatory conditions.
• Drove process development and scale to production; partnered with senior leaders to mitigate risk and remove obstacles to meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
