For the past 2 years, I have worked at home for MN Best. I answer and return calls from patients, family members and doctors. I also schedule face to face visits and discuss care plans with clients. I set medications for clients and document medication intake at a timely manner. I generate individual care plans for newly-admitted and chronically ill clients. I report any unusual occurrences to the charge nurse/supervisor. I maintain medical equipment in proper working order and maintain confidentiality and proper professional boundaries.

I worked with Rose international as a case investigator in the MN Department of Health. As a case investigator, I traced COVID-19 cases, made phone calls to patients and the individuals who were in contacts with the victims, educated patients and those who were in contact and provided patients with resources that were necessary.
