. Operates and maintains pumps, valves, blowers, electrolysers,

filters, tanks, and other auxiliary equipment to regulate and

control the flow of water, wastewater and sodium hypochlorite

solution through the treatment plant and distribution system

related facilities on an assigned shift.

. Maintains basic operational records such as operating logs,

maintenance work performed, and records readings taken from a

variety of meters, gauges, or charts.

. Inspects equipment and reports unusual operating or

mechanical problems during shift to supervisor.

2. Structural fabrication for 1x125 TPH CFBC boiler of 104 Kg/Cm2

with 525 C + 5 C Steam Temperature at super heater outlet. Total

Tonnage is 1803 MT in TNPL (Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers

Limited) at Karur.

. Boiler columns (+ Column, Box Column, Double I Column, H-

. Responsible for the completion and control of all production & Ensure

product quality tests meet regulatory standards.

. Responsible for all customer service inquiries and product calibration

services.

. Effectively work along-side sales and administrative staff to ensure

product is expedited on-time.

. Report weekly production and activities to direct manager.

. Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

. Monitoring and over viewing supervision of Plan and Non-plan schemes

of design, manufacture, installation of cargo handling equipment.

. To schedule work so as to maintain an even and steady flow.

. To set targets of output of work and to initiate corrective steps,

where necessary to improve work performance.

. Regularly to ensure the worker continues to do the work correctly and

uses all safety measures and protective devices.
