Having completed Bachelors Degree of Adult and Community Education, my role for the past few years has enabled me to interact with different stakeholders where we as a team, have trained and advised management, effected and monitored absolute compliance of policies regarding organizations. The placements in which I serve involve good communication skills, environmental education skills, project management skills, research skills, situation analysis skills, conflict management skills, Entrepreneurship skills, strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, guidance and counseling skills, Computer skills and so many others. This busy environment has developed my proficiency in working with these applications.

Integrity: It’s a perquisite for every Adult and Community Educator or people who act in public interest to be honest and reliable with related qualities such as fairness, condor, courage and confidentiality. With these qualities, I stand firm and in anyway have never and will never be affected by conflict of interest.
Objectivity: Personally, I possess a mind state free of biasness, prejudices and compromises. These make me portray fair and impartial consideration to all matters that are relevant to the tasks at hand.
Independence: Personally, I manage and control situations or relationship that might impair my objectivity quality at workplace.
Effective communicator: I actively listen, speak and write thus, am equipped with the ability to listen to instructions and act on those instructions with minimal guidance and effectively, organize and explain my thoughts.
