JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Projects: Dubai Hills Estate – COLLECTIVE 02, Arabian Ranches III, Dubai Golf Villa – EMAAR PROJECTS, Sub contractor : Ginco General contacting.

Scope of work is fabrication and Installation of Metal sliding doors with Glass, Stair case Handrails (Wall mounted & Floor mounted), Balcony balustrade, steel fence, Steel Doors etc.

Prepare the Mock up Flat snagging report prior to submit Client approval.

Preparation of RFI (MIR & WIR) and inspection conducts with Main contractor and Consultants.

Monitor and track progress against the project schedule, and provide efficient reporting on progress to Management.

Implement and monitor Health & safety (HSE) and ensure Compliance by on site team.

Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion including Snagging / De-snagging and handing over of the works.

Closing NCR report from client, consultant & Develop and Implement Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the Project activities.

Implement Project Quality Plan requirements and comply with Client Quality requirements.

Familiar with Shop drawings, PQA, Material submittals, Method of statement, WPS etc.

Preparation of Check list and Taking care of QA/Qc documents includes calibrations, Inspection request, NCR, MAR, CAR etc.

Attend client, Consultant meeting and note down required points for our work and raise the issues to the client or consultants as required.

Discuss clearly the scope of projects and exclusions with team lead & discuss about required manpower and other requirements for execution of projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Handling the post of SITE QA/QC Engineer –Hilton Residence & Suites, Abraj Quartier Tower AQ-07, Pearl Qatar under Urbacon-trading & contracting.

Scope of work is related to fabrication and installation of Aluminum Sliding doors, operable windows, steel handrails, balcony balustrade etc.

Ensuring that the work being carried out is as per approved shop drawings, specifications, method statement and ITP.

Closing out NCR & Snagging, De snagging given by Consultants and ensure corrective actions are taken for optimal quality.

Coordinating with sub-contractors works without wasting of materials and avoid the rework.

Quality tool box training /snagging comments giving for engineers and labors etc.
