SUMARY

37 years of experience in Oil & Gas Plants. 12 of these years (1980-1992) were in Inspection and Corrosion Department and 25 years (1992-2016 / 2018-2019) in Maintenance and Service Department (Maintenance Workshop, Field execution superintendent managing routine works and Plant Shutdowns and Turnarounds as well, leading all disciplines, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical and Services Teams.)

Also Contracting biding processes and Contractors were under my responsibilities. Some minor Projects Construction in Refineries & Oil Plants were managed as well.

Always focused in Health, Safety & Environment and well oriented to work in hight performance teams works.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Panthers Machinery / Anzoategui / Venezuela (September 2018 to August 2019).

Supporting Technical Team reviewing technical information for bidding pro- cesses. Also advising Managerial’s Teams in relation with Organizational Charts.

Angola Liquefied Natural Gas (ALNG / Angola) from October 2011 to April 2016

In rotational system 28x28 days and in a multicultural environment coordinat- ing of collecting and preparing Scope of Works (SOW) for maintenance con- tracting processes. A total of 25 contracts were coordinated including presenta- tions to the difference committees to award contract to the best technical and commercial bid.

Controlling expenses and budgets through Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Service Acceptance (SA) in SAP were prepared for payments purposes. Supervision in the field to some contractors were under my responsibilities as well. Yemen Liquefied Natural Gas (YLNG / Yemen) from January 2009 to April 2011)

In rotational system 28x28 days and in a multicultural environment responsible of leading four Supervisory Groups and three long terms contracts under whom all Fabrication and Welding Works, Insulation, Scaffolding, Painting and Civil Works and High Pressure Cleanings were performed in two LNG trains. Responsibilities includes controlling contracts expenses through revision / approval of Time Sheets and continuos follow up of the performance in daily or weekly meet- ings. Also HES auditor with HES Department in a monthly basis to contractors were performed.

Fertilizantes Nitrogenados de Venezuela (Fertinitro) / Anzoategui / Venezuela from April 2008 to October 2008.

Supporting Fertinitro Maintenance and HES Managers in the preparation of the general Turn Around and training of Contractors in Planning and HES issues. Sincrudos de Oriente (SINCOR) / Upgrader Plant / Anzoategui / Venezuela from January 2000 to December 2007.

During construction of the complex plants in charge or preparing maintenance pro- cedures and revision of spare parts. Definition of maintenance team and mainte- nance workshops (Mechanical, Welding, Instrument and Electrical). Since year 2002 in charge of supporting and coordinating all maintenance works in the field and in workshops, managing contractors during routine and extraordinary works and minors shut downs. Several contractors works were supervised and controlling during these years.

Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) Puerto la Cruz Refinery / Anzoategui from 1980 to 1999.

At the beginning inspecting / evaluating many welding, painting, refractories, ca- thodic protection and Non Destructive Examination (NDE) to pipes, vessels, boil- ers, heat exchangers, etc., in routine/non routine works as Inspector Engineer. Since 1992 till 1999 and as Maintenance Superintendent positions in the Mainte- nance Department (workshops, field, planning, budgeting, work orders) were occu- pied. In this period many contractors works were supervised and controlled. Good eExperience in inspection and maintenance of static equipment as Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Towers, Drums, Steam Boilers.
