I worked there full time for three years while I finished high school and got my associates degree from HCTC. I did just about anything you could there. I primarily served but I also helped with hosting and to go orders. I had a twenty table section almost every time I worked. I also counted down the cash register and helped with food ordering. CASA FIESTA - Richmond, KY September 2021 to December 2021 I worked at Casa my first semester here at EKU. I worked Monday and Tuesday nights from 5-9. My section would change every night but was around 4 tables usually. They did use an online food ordering system so that is where I became acclimated with the POS since El Mexicano did not use one. I did various closing activities that were designated to my section and other various jobs that servers are supposed to do.
