PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
After a successful career and 20 years of retirement, economic events and changes, the up's and down's have literally forced me back into the workforce. The economy, particularly it's inflation have made the
"Golden" years not so much. My job search is focused on projects that can be accomplished from home. Thank you.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Owner, Tradework Contracting Company
After application for and receipt of a Minnesota General Contractors license this history of Commercial and residential contracting began by building out small jobs independently and larger projects, sub- contracting myself to larger entities. Over the years the nature of the job projects took on a niche of their own in both the markets of Minneapolis and Phoenix after retirement. Pivotal contracts along my timeline were thankfully successful due always adhering to the
"Critical Path" method of Construction.
