• Track referrals that were received and not admitted identifying any possible trends

• Conduct/participate in audits of Intake department processes to comply with Federal and State regulations

• Creates, evaluates and implements intake processes and procedures as needed

• Train and mentor new Intake staff and serve as an ongoing resource to all Intake Coordinators

• Coordinates with the appropriate supervisor when issues arise over patient needs/scheduling etc.

• Responsible for hiring, supervising, disciplining and performance management of intake staff

• Check common working file to determine Medicare/Insurance eligibility

• Other Duties as assigned
