Roles and Responsibilities:

Designed the brake and accelerator assembly of DJSR E03 (3rd prototype electric car of DJS Racing) which comprises of Upper and Lower Rails, Brake rotor (Disc Brake), Caliper and Entire pedal assembly, component design was done on Solid works, analyzing it for industry level FOS (Factor of safety) using Ansys, assembling it on Solid works, manufacturing, and testing. The team goes for national and international competitions.

Training of junior batch to take up responsibilities after our course completion. Key achievements during my tenure by the team are:

• 2nd overall rank in Formula Bharat combustion vehicle category.

• 2nd place in Engineering Design Event for Formula Bharat combustion vehicle category. Design, Rendering and Animation Projects 2020-2022

Prolific 3D Tech – Design and Animation Intern at Prolific 3D Tech, here I have worked on 3D process Jul 2021 - Aug 2021 animation and rendering on Vial Collating Machine and 3D modelling of whole Form Fill and Seal (FFS)Machine on Solidworks software and animation on Simlab Composer software.

Mechathon Engineering – Product Design Intern at Mechathon Engineering on design of Multi plunger Aug 2021 - Sep 2021 positive displacement pump on Solidworks software.
