I am a OJT ( On The Job Trainer ).My job is to work with New Hires during orientation and help assist the Supervisors in their roll making sure all employees have their credential to EBR and Agile access. I also were a weigh tech and a line trainer. Over the past few years I have also worked in Layering, Gemco, lodige, Staging, and B145 with the Quadro, Small Slant cone, and Piab. I also trouble shoot if necessary and preformed changeovers. I recently took a position in the ULF department which consist of operation of machines stacking pallets. My job duties is starting and closing out orders and changing out stretch wrap.

Machine Operator: My job performance as a machine operator working for TE Connectivity were to operate the pre-mold, post-mold press machines, and also inspect the parts at the final assembly.

Also, I have been trained to work at the Honda Assembly area, the 84 Position area, and the EBC-460 area . My duties include placing bushings onto parts, putting plastic strips into suction tray so that the machine can put the plastic onto the parts, and make sure the holes on the parts are free of plastic before the final assembly.

Did weekly and monthly cleanings and did changeovers. Adjust oil flow on ribbon to keep lubricated and adjust gel flow due to gel changes. Had to trouble shoot if machine broke.

Data Coordinator: This role required me to use Excel spreadsheet extensively. I created spreadsheets, which updated the weekly gelatin waste. I was responsible for reviewing batch records for documentation errors and also created batch records daily.
