I am skilled with a solid understanding of equipment maintenance, building maintenance, repairs, Lean and leading team members. I oversee the maintenance team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting of all equipment and monitor the quality of repairs. Established a Disaster Recovery Plan and Emergency procedures by designing emergency exit maps, marking all emergency exits routes and doors clearly and providing training programs for all employees in emergency shutdown and evacuation procedures.
Managed the project of building a new 11,200 sq. ft print room by planning the relocation of existing departments, soliciting and receiving quotes from multiple vendors (construction, electricians, HVAC etc.) planning and completing the project within 8 months.
