Service and repair: Highly skilled, safety conscious, and ethical service technician very adept at diagnosing, repairing and maintaining hvac equipment and related components. I am able to perform all necessary work associated with day to day service work. I have strong electrical diagnosis skills, welding/brazing, refrigeration diagnosis and general mechanical skills that cover a variety of resident and commercial equipment. Operations Manager. Hale’s Heating and Cooling. February 2022- February 2023 I was responsible for the sales, service, dispatch and install team and their performance. I provide wholehearted support to all who I am responsible for, realizing that successful field operations are an integral part of the success of any hvac entity and at the same time valuing all administrative and support roles. We were able to exceed the ownership goal for FY 2022 management goal by $300,000 dollars to the achieved $2.7 million for that year 2022. Install Manager. ARS/Rescue Rooter. Overland Park, Kansas. August 2020- Feb. 2022 I was responsible for the bumper to bumper process of 7 residential installation crews. Emphasis on proper staffing levels and placement to equipment selection with sales representative to installation quality and customer satisfaction Worked closely with install dispatch and service dispatch to delegate personnel based on status of call. I bring a professional attitude to the job everyday, and I think that is noticed and appreciated by customers and associates alike. Valuing people is an attribute which I hold highly as a byproduct of my faith. I chose to leave this role for the OM position at Hale’s. Project Foreman/Equipment Start Tech. Temp-Con. Olathe Kansas. Dec 2019- Aug2020 As project forman it was my responsibility to delegate and participate in the daily responsibilities of the applied commercial project. It is imperative to delegate wisely to accommodate needed processes for project progression. It is also imperative to monitor material availability for weekly project success. It is expected of Temp-Con and myself to lead by example both technically and personally to be the absolute best representative for all involved. Through this role I learned that I was not a good fit for the commercial project industry and desired to be a servant leader of a group of technicians of which we can grow together and experience success in this trade. I left this role for the Install Manager role at ARS.

Field Supervisor. All Climate Refrigeration. Independence, Mo. Sept.2017-Dec.2019 As the field supervisor for a 5 site regional HVAC/R service provider, it was always my goal to accomplish two major things. From a company standpoint, see that the project/service ticket was accomplished within the financial constraints of the project estimate, and provide all service techs with the encouragement, training, and support for successful completion. I was also a regular participant in the project completion of many RTU changeouts at many major retail outlets; Lowes stores, CarMax facilities, Dicks’s sporting goods to name a few. Many other smaller retail services were provided. I was let go from this position due to a company buy out by an investor group.

Lead Service Tech/Mentor. Lancaster Brothers HVAC. Louisburg, Ks. Aug.2011-Sept.2017 As the senior technician I was tasked with building and equipping existing service staff for their success on their jobs as well as completion of my own assigned work orders. We were a factory authorized Lennox dealer and factory authorized WaterFurnace geothermal dealer. I chose to leave this position for the role at All Climate.
