$655K Cost Plus SL1-23 Unit 1 Outage Turbine Support project: This project consisted of carpenter/electrical/labor support for the replacement/repair/maintenance of the governor/throttle valves, generator & exciter components.

$492K Cost Plus North Service Building Renovations project: This project consisted of relocation of Day Zimmerman Electrical/Insulator/Labor/Insulator/Iron Worker/Pipe Fitter/Sheet Metal shops, Planning, Supervisors, Safety, and Management to the North Service Building.

$248K Cost Plus Delta Fabric Building Renovation project: This project consisted of renovations of a 2 story golf dome type structure to include cubicles & offices to support a Bechtel managed Power Uprate Program.

$13.6M Lump Sum FPL –PSL-Nuclear Power Plant-Maintenance Building project: This project consisted of a 31,000 SF 3 story nuclear maintenance/office building.

This project included numerous BSL/vivarium/drug discovery/molecular/biomedical labs, office/administrative rooms, kitchen, and executive wing.

$10M GMP Homewood Suites project: This project consisted of a 6 story 125,000SF hotel with 93 suites, business center, laundry, kitchen, and a pool.

Project Superintendent - March 2003 to January 2006

$43M Construction management South Eastern High School project: This project consisted of an 85,222SF addition and a 135,323SF renovation. This project included a gym, media center, labs, library, pool, automotive technology lab, cafeteria/kitchen, and full mechanical/electrical support.

$450M Program Management Michigan Truck Plant project for Ford Motor Company: This project included phased base building and eqp. /tooling components. This project included an addition to Body, Stamping, and Assembly.

$23M Construction management Bass Pro Shop project: This project consisted of a 130,047SF retail sporting goods store. Specialty features include an archery range, aquarium, laser target arcade, golf driving range, exterior water feature, and several other specialty icons throughout the facility.

$80M Lump sum Center for Forensic Psychiatry project: This project consisted of a 2 story 338,660SF mental hospital/prison on a 186 acre site. This project included a library, gymnasium, kitchen, dining facilities, barbershop, medical clinic, dental clinic, sport courts, courtroom, patient services, full security system, patient rooms/cells, etc.

$33M Construction management Fulton County Juvenile Court Facility project: This project consisted of a 4 story 187,000SF courthouse. This courthouse includes holding cells, eight courtrooms, judge chambers, 3 story atrium, kitchen, library, and probation/administration/lawyer support offices.

$20M Lump sum BorgWarner Powertrain Technical Center project: This project consisted of a 3 story 183,000SF lab/office. This research and development building supports environmental, noise, durability, dynamometer, cycle testing of prototype transmission/transfer case components, with complete administrative and engineering facilities.

Turner Construction Company – Ann Arbor, MI; Atlanta, Decatur, & Gainesville, GA

Project Superintendent - May 1997 to April 2002

$165M Cost plus Pfizer Global Research and Development Facility project: This GMP (which may be updated to a CGMP) pharmaceutical project consisted of a 4 story 189,000SF lab/office building and a 4 story 222,000SF research/development building. The facility supports research/development/production of various experimental/implemental drugs.

$105M GMP Turner Broadcasting System’s Building 1000 project: This network operations project consisted of three buildings. A 5 story 145,000SF building with a 2 story underground parking deck, a 6 story 185,000SF building with a 4 story underground parking deck. A 7,000SF Central Plant.

$23M GMP Veteran’s Administration Regional Office project: This office building project consists of a 4 story 185,000 SF office building and a 4 story precast parking deck.

$32M GMP Riverside Military Academy. This project consisted of a 4 story 180,000 SF academic residence.
