I am a contract worker doing installs, service calls for the company. They range from basic replace batteries to installing an alarm system in a home, business or ranch. I also do service calls for several big name companies like Wal-mart, Sams, Under armour, Daniels jewlers and many others. I do also travel to mcallen, san Antonio, corpus Christi and Hebbronville, TX. Networking (running wire Cat5, Cat6, Fiber) and CCTV installs are also on my list of duties for home and business.

I was of nine tech in the Laredo area to install Vivint Aalrm services for home and business.

Also, I was a traveling tech for Vivint that covers Corpus Christi, Mcallen, Zapata.

I installed wireless and wired cameras and security sysems.

I one of three tech in the Laredo area to install Directv services for home and business.

I am also a traveling tech for Directv that covers Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Berne, San Antonio, Zapata, Austin and Laredo, Tx.

I also install Internet Satellite services for Exede Wildblue services for local and Rural areas. I installed modems, network systems and did customer support in internet, Software, computers and printers.

I get orders via internet and make appointments with customers to fix all issue with their Laptop or desktop computers.

I have several routes that start from Laredo to Bruni, Hebbronville, Freer, Roma, McAllen Cotulla and Eagle Pass, TX. I have had this route for about some time now. I also do other networking and maintenance to several customers in Laredo.

I was hired as a clerk to do scheduling for all of the Workers we have to assist in food stamp and Medicare aid. We are a total of three clerks that handle this assignment. They told me there would be room for moving on from this position but I have seen two positions open and have not gotten an interview.

LAREDO HOUSING AUTHORITY Full-Time MIS Temp February 2009- May 2010

I handled all of the basic computer repairs using DOS, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux.

I also installed time clocks at all locations for the District using VPN network connections. We used also Novell Program on all computers. I also implemented a tracking software to receive and asset all merchandise that arrived at our warehouse using scanners.

I would also do cabling of cat5 thru the offices even thru the attic.

Most of my calls would be to help out in issues on Office or resetting password and help them use some of the software they were not familiar with.
