Blazer Lawn Services. Position- Owner/Operator. I purchased a landscaping company, with a loan, as a sophomore in college. The transaction included equipment and contracted clientele. I performed all forms of landscaping. I did nearly every form of yard work from high end decorative landscaping, building walls, to cutting lawns and more. I advertised via publications and door-to-door brochures. I maintained and increased clientele through quality work, good customer relations, and good communication with employees. I managed 2-5 employees and handled bookkeeping and payroll duties. In the 5 years I ran the company I increased clientele from the original 30 to over 120 clients by the time I sold the business. In the company's lifespan we had no serious injuries.

(2005-2012)

Boilermakers Local 154. I completed a 4-year apprenticeship with the union and gained knowledge in a wide range of construction skills associated with power plant construction. I worked with small teams and large teams of people, to accomplish a variety of tasks. to complete our assignments. I worked while adhering to strict company policy and OSHA safety regulations.

(2012-2014)

Haddad’s. I worked as a trailer technician. Haddad’s provided trailers for movie sets for actors, directors, and other movie personnel. I inspected trailers inside and out. I would generate a list of repairs, and a parts list, then make the repairs with my team to make the trailer rental ready. I worked with electricity, plumbing, and generators. We finished work and whatever was necessary to send a clean, high quality trailer to set.

(2015 - 2021)

Beverly Services. Joined the company with general plumbing knowledge. Completed my apprenticeship through the company. Learned to pipe from the curb to the meter spread and from the meter spread throughout the house / building. Also learned to pipe and vent from the drains in the house to the house trap and on to the main sewer. Installed fixtures and plumbing devices to code. Learned to troubleshoot any sort of issue that may have arrived in a domicile. Although I will never stop learning more about plumbing, I feel confident that I learned to be a very competent well-rounded plumber. I specialized in service plumbing and ethical sales practices as well.
