At the Aga Khan Hospital - Deen's Department - PLSP Program, I was responsible for conducting data entry for program participants and ensuring the accuracy of the records. This entailed verifying participant information and making sure all details were correctly documented. I also made regular follow up calls to verify any missing information that was required for the program documentation. In addition, I provided administrative support to the program staff, such as filing documents, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries. I worked closely with the program participants to ensure their needs were met and that their experience was as positive as possible.
