Roles & Responsibilities:

Working efficiently in MFG pro-Oracle based / SAP systems. SAP ECC 6.0

Responsible for Preparation& Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers &sub- contractors

Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned

Processing of vendor bills (MIGO transaction in SAP for material reached on site) and taking follow ups with Accounts dept for clearing the payments for vendors/ contractor.

Communicate with suppliers concerning PR, POs, deliveries and other issues that may occur.

Preparing Purchase Requisitions and releasing the same from higher authority.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Preparing the Reservation (GRN) in SAP Ecc 6.0.

Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Creation and changes in Material and vendor master data.

Creation and updation of Info record and source list for Purchase Order

Working on GI/GR for Purchase Orders,, Stock transport orders,

Maintaining documentation of each and every vendor.

Evaluating vendor performance based on PQD (Product/ Quality/ Delivery) for higher quality of services from vendor.,

Pricing Procedure :- Mapping and customizing the price determination process by using condition techniques. Defining condition type,Defining calculation schema, Defining Schema group, Defining Schema determination, Assigning schema group to vendor

Automatic Account Determination :- Defining the valuation class, Grouping together valuation area, configuring automatic posting.

Configuration of Purchasing documents, PR/ RFQ/ PO/ and release procedures.

Document Release Procedure: - Defining Release group, Release codes, Release indicator, Release Strategies.

Inventory Management (IM) : Goods Movement, Goods Receipt – GR, Goods Issue – GI, Transfer Posting, Physical Inventory.
