To find an inside occupation so I can perform any type of wood working skills though out my day. I have found it very difficult to work outside only in the extreme weather elements. I am now looking forward to an inside/outside profession where I can still work with wood.

I am a skilled tradesman & have been in the construction field for over 39 years. I have many years of hands on experience & have done everything from framing a house from start to finish to finish work including custom logs, setting windows & siding work. I have built very large custom homes with several over 15,000 sq./ft. in the colonies & I have worked in finish carpentry. I am a safety trained operator for boom lift, slab scissor lift, rough terrain forklift and have a Certificate of Completion.

SKILLS

Expertise working with a wide range of construction materials and equipment; familiarity with building processes, from project initiation through completion.

Proficient with hand & power tools; core drills, air compressors, transit and lock levels, saws, chisels, planes, rules, squares, calipers, plumb bobs, carpenter levels, marking gauges.

Possess high school diploma, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, good-quality hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds.

Solid communication skills & have trade-related math skills for a safe, efficient job site.

Gained valuable experience in the building industry operations & processes by working as a master builder including building walls & roofs, cutting materials, & setting windows

Supervision of up to 10 employees to ensure accuracy of building measurements, construction assembly & erection of each custom residential home

Layouts, custom remodeling and handling framing from start to finish
