Residential-Scottsdale, AZ
August 2022 to October 2022
This company was a property management company. Responsibilities included taking calls from future, current, and past residents. I would create cases depending on the issue described. They included billing, retention, fraud, and more. I also reviewed account ledgers and had the ability to give credits of up to $250 if I concluded the situation called for it. I escalated calls, emailed residents case numbers and job order numbers of maintenance request they reported. I delt with upset residents and calmed them down turning a potentially negative call experience into a positive one. However, my assignment ended.
Insight Global Consultant
Tivity Health - Tempe, AZ
December 2021 to January 2022
Initially was a 3-month contract job position as a Customer Service Agent working from home. Contract was terminated due to expected call flow volume was much lower than anticipated. My job assignments as an IG Consultant were taking inbound calls from members 65 and over mainly, who were enrolled or seeking to enroll in a specific benefit offered by several health plans partnered with Medicare. I took calls from health plan reps. I placed equipment orders in addition to looking up benefit summaries, enrolled members by taking contact info, handled health plan info, updated member contact info, sent emails to members, and assisted with online account set up/log-in issues, location searches etc. Call Center Representative

Responsibilities included being the first level of customer service answering service. Read scripted FAQ answers off of screen verbatim. Escalated calls when necessary. Left employment position because I was asked to work from office even though I applied for a work from home position, with very little prior notice and regretfully was not able to meet that request. El Rancho Grande Super Market-Customer Service Department - Mesa, AZ March 2008 to February 2009
Started as a regular grocery cashier. Did not have that position for very long, about 3 weeks. Upon meeting the store owner, he offered me the check cashing/Western Union cashier associate job due to my outstanding people skills and great reviews he had heard from my superiors. Handled more than $10,000 dollars cash at a minimum every day because I also was put, I charge to give others leads and supervisors cash for store realtors needs as needed. I kept record of it and presented records to owner as needed. I left that job due to maternity. Education
