Began as an area supervisor of 60 personnel ending up with the complete oversite of the total night shift warehouse operations involving 300+ personnel.

Education and training of both exempt and non-exempt personnel in order to successfully ship 70 million cases per year in a 750,000 sf multi-temp facility, with as many as 200 outbound loads on second shift.

Created new scheduling and labor adjustment techniques that reduced the overtime percentage from 20% down to 6% overtime using the same personnel. This resulted in a savings of $0.10/case.

Ruled on grievances according to the guidelines in the CBA.

Successfully took on an emergency repack of 3 million cases with little notice while simultaneously performing an emergency seasonal repack for another Fortune 500 company, with little notice. All were successfully completed on-time and to the customers complete satisfaction.

Wagner Logistics – NKC MO

Successful startup of new customer in the Independence MO area. Customer was a manufacturer that we stored and supplied raw materials for manufacturing, returning finished goods to multiple warehouses for storage and shipment to other locations in the US.

Transferred to location in NKC. Multi-customer, public warehouse. Processed both pallet in-and-out and order fulfillment, using robotics for some of the fulfillment customers. Had P&L responsibilities including AP/AR in as many as 20+ customers and any given time, so multiple types of MHE used and processes.
