• Implements quality standards and procedures at site as per architectural, civil and all other engineering specifications and requirements of the client. • Coordinates with the site engineers and construction staff concerned schedules of inspections. Prepares reports attaching related documents for specific items and system services that are subject for inspection

• Observes and monitors work in progress; makes necessary process or adjustments for any issues that arises on the project site that deals with Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

• Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures; coordinates with various teams to perform quality audits on processes

• Coordinates with approved laboratories or third parties when conducting field tests and materials tests and ensuring compliance with the QCS and other agreed and approved standards.

• Performs internal inspections to verify all activities and concerns raised by the Site Engineer prior to submission of reports to the consultant. Discusses inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.

• Prepares and the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Test (RFT) in coordination with the Site Engineer concerned and coordinates implementation thereof.

• Reviews and checks if all architectural, civil, electrical and mechanical works comply to approved method statements and ITP

• Reviews and ensures that all non-conformance reports are addressed and resolved and/or corrected accordingly by concerned staffs.

Description : The East-West Corridor project is a major East-West Expressway connecting the Industrial Area to the New Doha International Airport (NDIA). Package 2 of this project, is a 10.75 km long section that starts just west of the proposed Barwa City Access at IC 29A and extends to east to the NDIA where it will match the existing NDIA road just east of Al Matar Street. This new stretch of the East-West Corridor will include three major interchanges at IC 29a, IC 9 and IC 27.
