Duties included but not limited to rooming patients retrieving vital signs, office labs and sometimes blood draws. I also worked on the clerical side in scheduling patients for return appointments, sent prescription into pharmacy and also triage with the provider that I was working with.

Scheduling patient appointment for either doctor or for physical therapy. I also submitted for authentication for either therapy or scheduled tests such as MRI, US and CT Scan if that service was required. Also checked Medicare cap for maximum use of therapy benefits. Downloaded US that were completed in the office, retrieved surgical and consult notes from the hospital website and indexed them into the patients chart.
