Exercised jurisdiction over all misdemeanor and violations cases including fraud, cheques, burglaries, illegal construction on farmlands and tenures cases, supply and environmental cases as well as jurisdiction over child crimes and wrongdoings working on preserving the child’s rights in a fair trial also maintaining the child’s rights in cases where he/she is the victim. Questioned prosecution and defense witnesses to verify their testimonies by confronting them with the statements of the accused and the victims to reach a fair verdict according to the merits and facts of the investigation. Consider the renewal of the pre-trial detention and assertion of the legal statute of limitations. Prosecuted felonies, misdemeanors, and contraventions within the above-mentioned District Attorney Offices. Prepared written submissions to and presented oral pleadings before criminal courts. Ordered, directed, and supervised police investigations. Co-operated with Police officers in the gathering of evidence and strengthening of evidence. Requested reports from supervisory bodies.
