Electro/Mechanical Operations Value Stream 2 (VS2) Lead

Serve as a point of escalation for issues requiring a higher degree of expertise/discretion to resolve as it pertains to the Electro/Mechanical Operations of Value Stream 2 (VS2).

Proficient in all 16 VS2 Machines (i.e. 11 Unit Of Use Robotic Machines and 5 Manual Unit Of Use Machines) and the Order Sorter.

Complete knowledge of the Computer Interface (i.e. HMI), which controls the Robotic arms, Conveyor Systems, E-Stops, Transit Totes, Printers, Fuses and Routing Issues.

Troubleshoot the Robotic arm issues for 11 VS2 Robotic machines.

Complete understanding of Order Sorter issues (e.g. Timing issues, E-Stops, Malfunctions).

A working understanding of the Electrical Panel as it pertains to the Order Sorter.

Determining Vacuum Pad issues within all VS2 printers.

Complete knowledge of the HMI interface and navigating through the various screens for both functional operations and troubleshooting electro/mechanical resolutions.

Called upon as second level to resolve multiple machine faults on all of the VS2 Machines (i.e. fault resolution requiring a complete understanding of both the computer interface and the mechanical aspects of the machinery).

Utilizing the PDA (i.e. Handheld devices) to help troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Recovering from E-Stops, Power failures and Fault Recovery.

Represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional meetings and projects.

Occasionally work as VS3 Lead Pharmacy Technician.

Assist Pharmacists with prescriptions for distribution through the system by the reallocation of the drug containers from Bulk and Prep for individual and corporate costumers.

Solving Pharmacy related issues (e.g. aged orders, valid dating, escalating purchasing needs).

Escalating relevant and pertinent issues to upper management (e.g. possible need for mail stops, personnel issues).

Act as the professional liaison between upper management and pharmacy technicians.

Experienced and proficient as a Lead in VS1 HVF/Bulk and Prep/MACHINE.

Experienced and proficient as a Lead in VS2 Unit of Use machinery/Manual Unit of Use machinery.

Gained experience in Quality Control, Manual Picking, Generating Work Order for Technicians.

Proficient in resolving and working on the Aged Order Report.
