Oversees various building automation systems to provide comfort for building occupants and increase energy savings. Adjusts time schedules and set-point schedules; makes appropriate programming changes as needed. Independently troubleshoots and repairs the various building automation systems on campus and works closely with automation contractors when necessary.

Knowledge of Carrier, Alerton and Automated Logic control systems.

Works closely with the Director of Facilities the Facilities Project Manager and Contractors during renovation and construction projects. Provide regular updates and communication with the Facilities Department.
