I had to open and close the business. I shopped for the food to be prepared. I cooked the food; did the payroll; assisted on all catering orders.
I also, held a position with Goss Management where I was tasked with general upkeep of the properties. I had to tar the roof on one property. I had to paint some of the properties. I had to repair some minor issues on the properties such as clean up and removal of debris and furniture.
EDUCATION
Attended Art Institute of New York city for Culinary Management. I did not complete school. While there I was taught how to work in a team setting and how to lead and follow instruction. I partook in construction safety training NCCER; I completed a CPR class; I completed conflict resolution; and Fire Extinguisher Safety.
