Leadership training held each week for one academic year lead by various CEOs and Olivet College officials. Coursework included business etiquette training and leadership vs. management discussions. Presentation, team building, business organization, and workplace mediation skills were also taught. Twenty students per year are selected after an application process. One to three hour long educational sessions on various topics regarding business held 6-8 times per quarter at Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida Campus. Many sessions focused on cultivating a healthy workplace environment, patient and staff communication, financial management, software education for ease of workplace efficiency, hiring processes, and legal management.
