BIM Modeler-ARC, STR&REBAR DETAILER 3D

Responsibilities:

• Working as a BIM MODELER for Architecture service.

• Working as a BIM MODELER & REBAR DETAILER 3D for Structure service.

• Preparing 3D modelling for Architecture & Structure from 2D drawings

• Ability to develop the model from different level of LOD

• Produce sheets, drawings, schedules through the BIM model and parametric Revit families.

• Receiving commented drawing from the consultant & submitting the amended drawing to the engineers.

• Conduct clash deduction analysis, prepare clash deduction reports and resolve them.

• 3D Modelling & Extraction of 2D shop drawings (LOD 450) & also AS BUILT (LOD 500)

• Producing Rebar clash free model

• Used Revit, Showcase and 360 Cloud to draw and present models to clients.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure BIM models align with project requirements.

• Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes, including BIM execution plans and quality control procedures
