Installation and commissioning of Air conditioning and refrigeration utilities like chillers condensers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coils etc. WORK IN CHILLERS MODEL: CARRIER 30GTN, 30GU, 30GT, YORK MODEL: YDAJ-99- X07, YLAJ-76STG, YCIV-0590-1500 AND TRANE .RTAA

Maintenance and servicing of the HVAC utilities. Attending breakdown calls, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults. Adding chemical for chilled water line and cooling towers. Assemble, install maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Establish job requirements from drawings and specifications and lay out installation reference points. Drill holes, install mounting bracket and cut, bend and thread piping. Install components such as compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, switches and gauges and copper lines for steam, gas, refrigerant, compressed air, fuel, oil and chilled water. Fill systems with gas or fluid to check for leaks. Remove test gas or fluid using vacuum pumps and fills with refrigerant. Test-operate refrigeration systems, checks mechanisms and makes adjustments. Check and overhaul refrigeration systems, diagnoses faults and repairs or replaces defective components. Adjust system controls and mechanisms and reassembles systems. Record causes of malfunctioning and takes action on them. Keeping the service record, maintaining chiller reading.
